R v S Trading standards & money laundering Multi-handed trading standards and money laundering investigation into several companies operating in home improvements and the supply and fitting of windows, said to target vulnerable individuals over a three-year period. R v M Canterbury Crown Court CPS discontinue money laundering prosecution against an LP Evans client. R v LCpl A Catterick Court Martial Centre LP Evans successfully represented a Lance Corporal acquitted of GBH. R v L Central Criminal Court Instructed in a conspiracy to commit murder × 3 and possession of a firearm with intent. R v M and Others Stafford Crown Court Instructed in a modern day slavery case considered to be one of the largest in the country.
